Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.
- 2.Review Eligibility
Our team will verify that the item is either a non-perishable good in original packaging or a coffee quality issue reported within 30 days.
- 3.Ship Item Back
Pack your items securely and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our Chicago roastery.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
